How do I place an order?

You can use our shop function and we will contact you shortly after receiving your order.
Alternatively, you could WhatsApp us at +65 8389 1255 with your name, the product name, quantity, intended collection date, and any special requests if any.
 
Kindly place your order at least 3 days in advance as we need time to make arrangements. For urgent requests, we will try our best.

Where do I collect my bouquet?

Self-collection is free and available at Boon Keng Mrt.
For deliveries, fees will be charged based on the distance and time slots, kindly message our whatsapp for more details.

Do we offer delivery service?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do! Delivery fees will vary based on location and timings.
Contact us at +65 8389 1255 (WHATSAPP-ONLY) with your postal code and we can make an estimate (varies between $8-$18).
 
For Valentine's Day, please refer to "Collection/Delivery Timings" for more information.

Why does my bouquet look different from the images shown on the website/instagram?

The fillers we use in the photos may be a seasonal. As such they may not be available throughout the year. We will substitute the filler with another suitable looking one.

Can I customise my bouquet?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can! There are customisation options for most of our products. Contact us with the product name and your plans, and we’ll work something out for you!

Do you do bridal bouquets?

Yes we can! Contact us with your bouquet preferences (flower type(s), colour palette, budget etc.) and we’ll curate a set for you.

How fresh are our flowers?

To ensure you receive only the best flowers, we carefully select our flowers and craft the bouquet/box half a day before your intended collection/delivery date.
